Rescue 8, EMS 89, and Medic 1 were dispatched for a vehicle accident with possible entrapment, also utility poles and wires down. The 1st Thursday of the month bingo was again successful with a bigger crowd then we had in February. Payout were $60 regular, $75 specials, 1st Blackout $175, and 2nd blackout $325. Our payouts are based on number of players. (the more players the more we pay)

This Wednesday members taking the ice rescue class moved to an indoor pool to complete a swim test and go over skills that they will use on March 14th at Holman Lake.
Members not taking the class did more station work, washing rigs and bay floors, plus cleaning out some items from the old firehouse getting ready for settlement.

An hour after midnight this time, Perry County 911 hit the tones for reported shed fire in NBFD 1st due area. Company 8 along with units from Ickesburg fire company went responding. Units arrived from NBFD with the homeowner using a green line to have the bulk of the fire out. Chief 8 held this box to New Bloomfield, releasing Company 3.
