6-25-25 Company 8 was dispatched for a reported brush fire, as caller wasn't sure if a shed was involved or not. Units arrived to find a shed fully involved. One line was pulled.

6-30-25 Rescue 8 and EMS 89 and 29-1 dispatched for a car in the field with a pole down on Spring Rd. Fire members checked on hazards, while EMS checked out all occupants, with two being transported to a local hospital. Penn Dot controlled traffic.

7-1-25 Companies 8 and 10 were dispatched for a structure fire at 200 S. Carlisle St in New Bloomfield. Due to flooding, the homeowner had placed an e-battery outside on their porch railing. The battery had a thermal runaway and caught fire. Company 8 arrived and placed Newport fire units available. The trash line was used to extinguish and hit any hot spots on the railing and porch.

7-3-25 Rescue 8 and EMS 89 were dispatched for a car off the road with a pole down on Dix Hill. Fire members checked on hazards, while EMS checked out the occupant, and transported driver to a local hospital. The township closed the road till the pole could be replaced.

7-6-25 Companies 8 and 10 were dispatched for smoke in a building fire at 200 N Carlisle St. Company 8 arrived to find an oven fire contained to the oven. Newport fire was placed available. PPV was used to remove the smoke as the oven was carried outside.
