Company 8 was dispatched for a reported wildfire at 1499 Mannsville Rd. Units arrived to find a small rubbish fire. Brush 8 used their booster line and extinguished this small fire.

As fire units were just getting back from the rubbish fire, Perry County 911 dispatched Rescue 8 for a vehicle accident at Mecks Corner with no injuries. Units arrived to find 2 vehicles involved with all persons out of their vehicles with no one injured. Fire members checked on hazards and helped with traffic.
NBFD Fire Police controlled traffic.
Rescue, Utility 8 was out with 19 members.

Station 8 was dispatched for the 2nd reported wildfire for the day at 1536 New Bloomfield Rd. Units arrived and to find a wildfire moving uphill and spreading. Brush 8 used its booster line as Engine 8 supplied brush 8 with tank water. Members used leaf blowers, PW's to help extinguish this fire. Approximately 1/4 of an acre of land was burned.
Engine, Tanker, Brush out with 20 members.
