| Tanker 8 provided stand by for the Ickesburg Fire Company during the first night of their carnival. The crew responded to one call during the event, assisting Carlisle EMS with a medical lift.
Members from all three companies have started preparing the grounds for Saturday’s 3N Sportsman's Raffle. Large tents have been erected, and crews are arranging tables and chairs underneath to accommodate guests who may not bring their own canopies. Installation of the boundary fence is also underway.
Cooler 8 has been stocked with soda, water, and assorted tea's.
Crews plan to return Friday morning and evening to finish setting up the food building and complete any remaining preparations.
On Friday evening, early setup for personal pop-up tents will begin at 6:00 pm.
New Bloomfield, Newport, and Northeast fire companies would like to thank everyone who purchased tickets, and look forward to welcoming guests at the event on Saturday. Gates will open at 11:00 am. |
