A couple of NBFD members were able to take advantage of an invite for a rope rescue class on August 15 and 16 hosted by Company 3. This training involved ravine haul systems and hunter rescues from a tree stand. Members from Ickesburg and New Bloomfield fire companies along with Landisburg EMS had a chance to run different rescues.
