Rescue 8 along with EMS 89-1 and Medic1 were dispatched for a vehicle accident with entrapment. Units arrived to find a van over an embankment with 1 person remaining in the vehicle just needing some help up the bank. Fire members checked on hazards, while EMS checked out occupants, with all 3 being sign offs.
