Members from New Bloomfield and Millerstown fire companies finished the elevator class tonight. We went to the Courthouse and Rhinesmith County buildings to go over the elevators in these two buildings. Students went over procedures for a stalled elevator and how to safely rescue anyone inside the elevator compartment. Thanks to members who could make this class and the instructor, Sam Clark. Also thanks to the County for letting us use their elevators.
