Rescue 8 and EMS 29 were dispatched for a traumatic injury, a roof collapsed, trapping a male. As company 8 responded, County advised the male was no longer trapped. Units arrived to find a male with a back injury on the second floor of a house under construction. After EMS evaluated his injuries, members set up 3 ladders and a z rig to be used to lower the male after he was secured in a stokes basket. Once on the ground he was turned over to EMS and transported to a local hospital.
Rescue and engine 8 out with 13 members.
