Rescue 8 along with EMS units 89-1,129-2 and Medic 1 were dispatched for a vehicle accident with confinement at Cluggy's on Spring Rd. Asst Chief 8-1 came upon this accident and radioed County the information. Units arrived to find 2 vehicles involved with injuries. Fire crew used our Amkus rescue tools to remove a driver's door for ems while others checked on hazards. EMS checked out occupants, with 2 being transported to a local hospital. One additional EMS unit, 49-2, was called but had a refusal.
NBFD Fire Police controlled traffic.
Rescue 8 was out with 14 members.
