Rescue 8, EMS 89-1, and Medic 1 were dispatched to a report of an overturned tractor with a person trapped. Upon arrival, crews found an individual pinned under a midsize tractor down an embankment in a creek. Members stabilized the tractor with cribbing and used the Amkus spreader to safely lift the tractor and free the person.
Engine 8 was dispatched to set up a landing zone in the borough for Life Lion. New Bloomfield EMS treated the patient during transport to landing zone, as patient was flown to Hershey hospital for treatment.
NBFD Fire Police control traffic.
Rescue and Engine 8 responded with 14 members. |
